B-Day S.6 Bowling Activity

Date: 23 October, 2025
Location: Top Bowl Tenpin Bowling, Kai Tak

To alleviate the pressure on S.6 students preparing for public examinations and to enhance their awareness of mental health and work-life balance, the Counselling and Guidance Team, in collaboration with the Physical Education Department, organized the inaugural "B-Day S.6 Bowling Activity."

On October 23, 2025 (Thursday), over a hundred S.6 students eagerly participated in this highly anticipated event, which aligns with the "4Rs Mental Health Charter," at Top Bowl Tenpin Bowling in Kai Tak Mall 1. Students were divided into groups for friendly competition, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Accompanied by Assistant Principals, teachers, and social workers, everyone gradually released their academic stress and embraced the joy of sports. As bowling pins fell, laughter filled the air, and both teachers and peers encouraged and supported the students.

After the event, S.6 students reported feeling happier, less stressed, and experiencing an increased sense of well-being. This activity successfully provided them with a valuable opportunity to unwind amidst their heavy academic workload, effectively promoting their mental health.
